There's pine, tropical fruit, grapefruit, oranges, pepper, something that reminds me of dry cinnamon that pops up every once in a while, caramel, toffee, raisins, a slight touch of booze.  The slight aftertaste is more peppery than bitter with just a touch of alcohol.
