Vegetarian Indian Cooking Class. Join Chef Michelle in a fun night learning to make the vegetarian version of Korma. This is a hands on class, which you will enjoy eating afterwards. Adult Vegetarian Cooking Class: Mushroom Risotto. In this hands-on class, students will create a vegetarian fall mushroom risotto. Come learn how to make it creamy merely by using the proper technique. Afterwards, participants will enjoy the food they created. Sign up at the Customer Service Desk for this class. Taste of the Harvest. Michelle will demonstrate the versatility of the apple! The apples will be cooked and used in a variety of ways: applesauce, over your favorite meat entrée, or as a sweet cobbler.
