The Chaplain's Office and the Yale Hindu Students Council cordially invite you to the 8th annual Diwali Pooja. Join us as we celebrate the festival of lights commemorating the return of Shri Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana from 14 years of exile and the vanquishing of the demon-king Ravana. The pooja will take place at Commons Dining Hall on Tuesday, November 13th, 2012 at 7:00 pm. The pooja will be followed by lighting sparklers on Beinecke Plaza and then dinner and cultural performances in Commons.Traditional attire is encouraged.Free for all.
