Health | Wellness,
with Susan Taff In this workshop we will look at some of the different scoliotic curves and the tension patterns and imbalances they create in the back. We will explore ways in which yoga can help to relieve this discomfort and bring the spine into more optimal balance. Susan practiced Massage Therapy from 1988 until 2006 and was on the faculty of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy for 12 years, teaching Kinesiology and Massage Therapy courses.
