Starting  Dec 1 classes will provide safe and healthy alternatives for every meal, from breakfast through dinner. Students will learn how to prepare entrees such as breakfast pancakes and crepes, pizza, burgers, fries, and fish. Class size is limited to five students so that each student receives individualized attention in preparing each meal and improving cooking skills.               All classes take place in my home in New Haven to give students a friendly and relaxed environment in which to learn.
