Ambler Farm is pleased to announce an informative program called "Healthy from the inside out." This 90-minute session will feature practical advice from a highly trained local expert who will help us all get the New Year off to a healthy start. As Wilton's town-owned organic farm, Ambler Farm has a strong interest in sustainable agriculture and healthy eating. Our panelist is Loryn Galardi who has spoken at Ambler Farm in the past. Loryn will educate us on the foods that cause chronic inflammation and ultimately lead to chronic illness and daily energy deficit, as well as foods to include and increase in our daily intake. Loryn Galardi, M.S. specializes in individual and group nutrition, fitness, and the mind/body connection. Loryn is owner and president of LG Nutrition, LLC; better known as Comprehensive Nutrition in Wilton, Connecticut, which focuses on helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through education, behavior modification and continuous personalized support.
