Location: Admissions and Career Development Center Video Conference Room 202 $tart $mart is an interactive and hands-on workshop that teaches women how to determine a fair salary and negotiate for that salary. Do you know what to write when a job or internship application asks for a desired salary? Or how you would respond if an employer asked, "What is your salary expectation"? To be able to handle these questions, you must know: (1) what a fair salary is and (2) how to properly negotiate for that salary. This short commitment of time will make a HUGE difference in how much money you earn in your first job and throughout your career. This is a three hour program split out over two days.
