Eagle Eye Entertainment and New England Studios of New Haven, CT invite you to join us for a group photography event. Models, make-up artists, hair and wardrobe stylists, photographers and anyone else in the industry may attend and get networked with other professionals in the area.There will be multiple sets done up throughout the studio to accomodate photographers, some with a Valentine's Day theme and some regular.In addition, snack platters and beverages will be available to attendees.Photographers - Sporting a blue badge with their name on it, photographers will be able to set up at a station and operate their camera equipment and lights. Those who purchase their tickets in advance will also be listed as attending and get priority in model and station selection.Models - Wearing/holding a red badge with their name on it, models will have access to the make-up room and hairstyling room to get dolled up and can travel to the different stations to do photoshoots with the photographers. Purchasing your ticket beforehand gets you listed as attending and you can pre-book with the photographers who have also purchased tickets to do your photoshoots.Make-up Artists - Access to set up in the make-up room will be given to those with a green badge that has their name on it. There are seats in the make-up room for three MUA, and there will be three spots out in the studio for any other MUA. Those who purchase their tickets early will have priority for the chairs in the room.Hair/Wardrobe Stylists - Access to the second small room set up with chairs and clothing racks, there will be three chairs in here for those who purchase their tickets early. These badges will be orange and have the stylists name on it.Staff - New England Studio staff and event crew will be wearing black badges with their name and title.Everyone else will have a white badge with their name on it. There will be a small set of blank ones for people who show up without registering first, their name will be written on to the badge.Rules:Only those with black and blue badges are allowed to take pictures during the event, anyone else who is caught using a camera (even a cell phone) to take pictures may be warned, or asked to leave depending on the situation.New England Studios will do everything it can to accomodate different dietary needs, however it is your responsibility to ask before eating in case you have allergies or another health condition affected by what you eat.New England Studios is not responsible for theft of items brought in by attendees, however we will assist you in attempting to find the lost items. If an item is found that does not appear to belong to anyone nearby, please hand it to an individual with a black staff badge to be put in the office lost & found. At the end of the event, we will attempt to locate owners of all items in the lost & found.It goes without saying, but for those who forget at times, this is a professional event and as such lewd and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. If an individual is found to be causing an issue or acting in an unprofessional manner towards another attendee, the offending individual may be asked to leave at the discretion of New England Studios staff.
