I've picked eight sexy cheeses and paired them each with 2 libations from Yolande's wine list. You pick the wine and we'll talk about the tastes, textures, and profiles. You'll be encouraged to share your impressions and discuss others. $45.00 includes cheese and a choice of wine per flight. $30.00 includes cheese only.
