Location: Mather Hall Washington Room Todd Markelz graduated from Trinity College in 2001 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science. After leaving Trinity he moved to Ithaca, NY and spent four years working as a web developer at Cornell University supporting the Einaudi Center for International Studies. In 2005, Todd moved to California and joined Google as an assistant webmaster building web sites for some of Google's early consumer products. In 2010, Todd became the global manager of Google's Web Studio, a team of information architects, web designers, and web developers, dedicated to building simple yet effective web sites to market Google products and services in over sixty countries around the world. In the last three years Todd and his team have created hundreds of web sites for Google while staying true to the company's core belief that the user always comes first.
