$tart $mart is an interactive and hands-on workshop that teaches women how to determine a fair salary and negotiate for that salary.
Do you know what to write when a job or internship application asks for a desired salary? Or how you would respond if an employer asked, "What is your salary expectation"? To be able to handle these questions, you must (1) know what a fair salary is and (2) know how to properly negotiate for that salary.
This short commitment of time will make a HUGE difference in how much money you earn in your first job and throughout your career.
You MUST attend BOTH sessions - February 12th and 14th!
