This training series is open ONLY to former PACCT graduates (all years), through 2012. The Project for Addictions Cultural Competency Training Program (PACCT) is a workforce development training program funded through the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. If you are not a PACCT graduate, and it cannot be verified, you will not be allowed to register or attend.
