Location: Zachs Hillel House Kitchen Cooking begins at 4:30 pmDinner begins at 6:30 pm (approximately) Join Hillel Director Lisa Kassow for a weekly foray into the special tastes and smells of Jerusalem. The unique flavors of east and west come together into a delicious culinary expression in Jerusalem. Dishes from the Middle East and Europe, Asia and North Africa are all part of the culinary cultural experience of this fascinating city.  Lisa lived in Jerusalem for ten years and learned to prepare many of the dishes known to the area, finding inspiration in the markets of Mahane Yehuda and the Old City shuk. We will cook together, beginning at 4:30 PM in the Zachs Hillel House kitchen, and then enjoy the fruits of our labor at dinner.  RSVP to lisa.kasssow@trincoll.edu.
