A Phoenix father, Michael Lilly, pulled his five children from the Academy of Excellence after his 6-year-old son, Isaiah, claimed the driver who was hired by the school slapped him as punishment for roughhousing with his sister. Dr. Eula Dean, director of the small public charter said the driver came to her "highly recommended" last summer and has been an excellent driver. The Phoenix Police Department will launch a full investigation into the allegations on Thursday.
