State Representative Christopher Lyddy says it appears the Second Company Governor's Horse Guard won't be
relocated from Newtown to Avon after all. He tells The News-Times of Danbury that the governor's office told him that the ceremonial cavalry unit won't be moved because state workers approved a concessions deal.
