Lend A Hand In North Branford

NORTH BRANFORD

Help Someone in Need
Life can be tough after a life-changing illness or a death in the family, but luckily there are ANGELS out there to help. The ANGELS Foundation serves North Branford families who have recently suffered a tragic event in the family by providing financial assistance, hot meals, and rides to doctor offices. If you know someone who could use a helping hand, interested in volunteering or would like give a donation please call Debbie DeLillo at (203) 484-6771 or Gail LeFloch (203) 484-2053. Email are also welcomed at angelsfoundation@sbcglobal.net

Be a positive role model for young girls
We all get excited when the Girl Scouts come a knockin’ at our door selling cookies, but there is more to the Girls Scouts than cookies. The Girl Scouts are looking for volunteers who are willing to give a little of their time to help Scouts build courage, confidence and character. Volunteers are looked upon as role models to give the Scouts pointers on getting into college, dancing lessons, and practically anything to do with pets, music, arts, or fashion. If you would like to help make a difference in a young girl’s life visit the Girl Scouts of Connecticut’s website and find out how you can help!

The North Branford Little League is looking for volunteers
North Branford Little League is looking for volunteers to help coach, do field maintenance work, concessions and other tasks. Those who are interested in making a homerun in the community then fill out a volunteer form which can be found on the North Branford Little League website . If you have any further questions you can email the League’s President, Andy Soliwoda, at asoliwoda@gmail.com.
