2007: The Police kicked off their reunion tour in Vancouver at the General Motors Place. The tour went on for fifteen months, sold 3.7 million tickets & went on to gross $358 million, making it the third highest grossing tour of all time.

1988: Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler married clothing designer Teresa Barrick in Barrick’s hometown of Tulsa, OK. This was Tyler’s second marriage and the couple would divorce in January 2006.
