Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Carly Rae Jepsen and a number of stars show up to a big Los Angeles premiere for "Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D”. Katy Perry put on an impromptu concert for her fans and sang their favorite songs. Hollywood Boulevard had to be closed down as the event became a huge street party.
