Here are his recipes from today's show: Bean, Beer & Bacon Dip 2 Cans Refried Beans 1, 12 oz can favorite Beer 1# Applewood smoked Bacon 1 12 oz Pico de Galo or favorite Salsa Pepper Jack Cheese Chives Tortilla chips Render Bacon Crispy in Saute pan Add favorite Beer once bacon is crisp Add Beans and Pico Mix in Cheese and add to metal dip pan Top with cheese and finish in oven at 350 degrees for 7 min Garnish with Chives Jalapeno Bullets 8 Jalapenos 8 oz cream cheese 1 T herb mix parsley, thyme, rosemary chopped fine 1 T Lemon juice 16 slices Applewood Bacon or Favorite Bacon Slice Jalapenos in half, remove seeds with spoon Bring cream cheese to room temperature mix in Lemon and herbs Fill jalapenos with cream cheese using a spoon wrap with Bacon Grill and finish in 350 degree oven until bacon is crisp
