  • School Closings - The snow delays and closings are here.
  • Mike DiRienzo - Mike is the store director for the Big Y in North Haven. He was on today to talk about all the grocery items people were scooping up before the snow hit. They are open today.. if you still need supplies: 345 Washington Ave. North Haven or call (203) 234-2103
  • Lt. Paul Vance - The roads were in poor shape, but people were out driving anyway. Lt. Vance called in to talk about keeping yourself safe on the roads.
  • D.O.T. Commissioner Jeffrey Parker - Chaz and AJ spoke to Commissioner Parker about the road cleanup, and how every citizen in CT can help the process of clearing the roads as quickly as possible.
  • Dannel Malloy - CT's new Governor had quite the issue on his hands this morning dealing with the blizzard cleanup, but he was able to find a few minutes to speak to Chaz and AJ.
  • Hartford Mayor Pedro Segarra - It was bad everywhere this morning, including the intersection just outside of Mayor Segarra's office, where a city bus and a fire truck were attempting to avoid each other.
  • Bridgeport Mayor Bill Finch - Mayor Finch was on the move this morning, sharing a car with Bridgeport Police Chief Gaudette and the DPW Chief. Their message to all: "Stay home, and listen to WPLR."
  • New Haven Mayor John DeStefano - Checking in from New Haven, Mayor John DeStefano also pleads for all motorists to remain at home this morning.
