Hartford Mayor Segarra - To officially welcome WPLR and Chaz and AJ to their first live broadcast in Hartford, Mayor Pedro Segarra was in attendance and tried his best (bless his soul) at a rendition of 'Danny Boy.'

East Haven Mayor April - As this is the first year not broadcasting from the Gaelic Club in East Haven, it seemed only right to have East Haven Mayor April in attendance to pass the torch and open the bar (which I think we all would agree is far more important).
