Recipe:
12lb Turkey, 1 Styrofoam Cooler - Season w garlic, olive oil and black pepper. Wrap with heavy aluminium foil. Cook for 2.5 hours at 400F. Remove from overn and place in cooler. Seal cooler thoroughly with duct tape. Let sit 8 hours. Remove from cooler, peel of the skin and enjoy!
