Preheat overn to 325 - Liberaly spray entire bird with non-stick vegetable spray - Tightly wrap legs in foil - Rost 15-18 min per pound - 3/4 of the way through cooking unwrap legs, baste bird with melted butter - Remove from oven when thermometer placed in the thickest part of bird reaches 165-170 - Let rest for 15 minutes - Insert knife into center of the breast and cut breat off the bone, slice from the narrow part of the breast. Enjoy!
