TOP 10 LIST:

Huron South Dakota is banning eating while driving. The ordinance approved by the City Commission on Monday night encompasses distracted driving. Mayor Dave McGirr says that includes everything from eating to reading a newspaper while driving. The ordinance will go into effect sometime around the start of the new year, with police giving motorists a grace period while they become familiar with the new law. The fine for distracted driving $15.

TOP 10: THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT DO WHILE DRIVING

1. Don't Drink and Drive (Alcoholic) The biggest thing that a driver should not do is drink any type of alcoholic beverage while driving. This also applies to drinking right before deciding to drive home from some club or party.
2. Texting While Driving Talking on your phone is one thing, if you text and drive, you've got big problems.
3. Talking on your Cellphone This one is really straight forward. A cellphone is a huge distraction practically everywhere. When you drive, it becomes a potentially fatal distraction.
4 .  Don't eat food If you have to eat something, have a cracker. Don't eat a massive sub while driving, it's just silly. Go to a rest stop, find a table, and eat it there.
5. Putting on Make-Up This one generally refers to the female driving population although it can work both ways. I don't get this one at all. I mean why can't people do this at home or in some bathroom at a rest stop.
 6. Programming a GPS Do not re-plot directions on a GPS device. Even though these handy electronic devices are much easier to use than paper maps, be sure to map out your journey before taking off.
7. Groom Yourself - Shaving, plucking a stray nose or ear hair, popping a zit, etc...all take your eyes off the road for way too long.
8. Change Clothes / Shoes - Getting dressed while driving will lead to your next outfit becoming a Hospital gown, or the suit / dress you'll be buried in.
9. Change CD's / Stations on Car Stereo - Your favorite artist or song can wait 'till the next traffic light.
10. Have Intimate Relations of any Kind - Get a room. She / he's not worth the risk.

IMPOSSIBLE TRIVIA:

Q: ALMOST 30 MILLION AMERICANS DO THIS JUST FOR FUN, ABOUT ONE IN 5 ARE OVER 65 YEARS OLD. WHAT IS IT ?
