A Hartford woman was arrested for shoplifting and assault after an incident at the West Farms Mall in Farmington.
Khristian Grant, 25, of Hartford, was arrested at JC Penney in Farmington and then assaulted loss prevention personnel when they attempted to apprehend her, according to Farmington police. Police said Grant's 2-year-old child was present at the time. No other information was released.
