Grab your nuts and eat them, every day. A 30 year study done by the folks at Harvard finds that people who eats nuts every day are less likely to die than folks that never touch their nuts. Eat your nuts and your chance of heart disease is lowered by 29 per cent. The risk of dying from cancer fell 11 per cent among the nut eaters. The best part is that no particular nut offers a better outcome. Peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, hazel nuts, any nut you want to eat will do the trick. So grab your nuts and get to munching.
