Get ready for a real blast!
East Haven- Mayor Joseph A. Carfora is proud to announce The Town of East Haven’s 21st Annual Fireworks / Beach Party celebration is Saturday, June 24th. This year’s event will follow the tradition of prior extravaganza’s with a day full of delicious food, fun, and live entertainment.
Here’s what you can expect:
- 12n – 2p Wednesday Bowling League
- 2:30p – 4:30p Start Me Up (Rolling Stones Tribute)
- 5p -7p The Nu Groove
- 7:30p – 9p Wanted DOA (Bon Jovi Tribute)
Mayor Carfora said of the event, “It’s one of my favorite days, I love seeing all our residents enjoying a great day at the beach together. This year, we have an amazing line-up of talented musicians and tribute bands to electrify the air leading up to the fireworks.”
There will also be a variety of food vendors and concessionaires serving up tasty treats throughout.
99-1 PLR will be on site to host the event and pump up the party atmosphere.
The day wraps up with a spectacular fireworks display, lighting up the sky around 9:15 pm.
And to ensure everyone’s safety, please note that street access to the beach will be limited, with road closures in effect from 9 am. The East Haven Police Department will be on hand to guide motorists around the area.
Although the fireworks are presented by the Town of East Haven, we rely on donations from private businesses and individuals to make the event possible.
