Jimmy shared details about the time Whitney Houston was served with court papers after a show in New Haven, and why throwing things on stage at David Lee Roth is a very bad idea.

Chaz and AJ spoke with Rafal Wlazlo this morning, who is now the former record-holder in Connecticut for largest carp caught. Rafal explained why he was called by the current record-holder, Norbert, shortly after the winning catch was reeled in. (0:00) 

Andy from North Branford was on the phone with Chaz and AJ to pitch his home and yard for the LawnCast on July 3rd. He started strong with a garage kegerator, and lost AJ after mentioning his two young children. (11:53) 

The LawnCast may not yet have a location, but it is going to be expertly catered. Chaz and AJ spoke with Dan Lanigan from the Pig Rig BBQ in Wallingford about his agreement to cook up some food for everyone starting at 5 AM. (23:14) 

Emma Schwerin, the youngest girl to summit on all seven continents, was on the phone with Chaz and AJ this morning to talk about getting started in mountaineering, and what she plans to do next (after graduating from high school.) (29:42) 

The Travelers Championship was a tremendous success once again this year, and tournament director Nathan Grube was on the phone to talk about the event with Chaz and AJ. Nathan believes the crowd really made the difference for most of the competitors this year. (44:59)

Mike Lapitino was on the phone this morning (a little late) to handle the Top 10 list for Chaz and AJ this morning. Mike had the ten best vacation places in Connecticut, and we all got to hear his first cup of coffee for the day. (0:00) 

Wayne from Hamden was on the phone as the third finalist to host the Chaz and AJ Lawncast next week. During his call, it became clear he was rooting for a previous finalist to wind up hosting. (13:53) 

Roger Susanin was in studio with Chaz and AJ, after spending the previous two days covering the heat wave with roofers. Vince Berry also did some reporting on the heat wave, asking food truck owners about the high temperatures on Long Wharf. (21:33) 

What goes into owning a raising a cow? Roger Susanin thinks it’s something he would like to do, despite some resistance at home. Chaz and AJ asked the Tribe to call in advice and information about raising cattle. (35:33) 

Brian Foley was on the phone to warn CT residents about a new crime trend called “jugging.” (54:35)
