North Branford police officer Timothy Cunningham was the first to arrive on scene, where a 9-month-old baby was in trouble. Non-responsive, not breathing and already turning blue, he and other first responders were able to successfully revive the child. After a TikTok video he recorded in Connecticut went viral for the high prices of McDonald’s combo meals, Chaz and AJ wanted to learn more about the man behind the account.
