The Chaz and AJ Legends of Fear Monsters Ball is back! Dress up and join the morning show Friday, October 24 at Elicit Brewing Company in Fairfield from 7pm to 11pm. Live music from Shameless, dancing, and $1,000 Best Group Costume Contest and $500 Best Individual Costume Contest.

Tickets are $10 and on sale at the door only. Must be 21+ to attend. Cash Bar. Food also available on site to purchase.

$1,000 for Best Group Costume: Groups of two or more that have a “themed” costumed together can enter this category. You must be present, with your full group, before 9:30pm to enter. If you enter the group costume contest, no one from your group can enter as individuals. Only two representatives for Best Group Costume allowed on stage for voting.

$500 for Best Individual Costume: This is for a singular individual. Your costume should not connect or be part of another individual’s costume. You also cannot use help or assistance from another individual to pull the costume off. Assistance/Help is up to the judges, but may include using another person to lead you to the stage, help you build pieces of the costume onsite, hold certain elements of the costume, etc. You must be present before 9:30pm to enter. You cannot be part of the group costume contest if you are entered in the Individual Contest.

Must be checked in by 9:30pm to be eligible for Costume Contests. Doors open at 6pm.

The Durham Fair was a massive success over the weekend, which included a 1,000+ pound pumpkin demolishing a car. Vince spoke with some folks who were visiting from out of state. (16:52)

Nathan Grube, director of the Travelers Championship, was on the phone with Chaz and AJ to talk about the obscene fan behavior at the Ryder Cup over the weekend. Nathan thought the behavior was predictable, based on something that happened the day before. (30:17)
