The 1990s produced some great alternative rock bands: Everclear, Gin Blossoms, Lit, Marcy Playground and Sugar Ray are just a handful of bands that rocked the decade.
In the summer of 2012 all those bands came together on one epic tour called “Summerland.” We were very lucky to see this tour as it came to Connecticut that year.

That “Farewell Tour” was 20 years ago this summer. Can you believe it? Though KISS really didn’t retire after the tour, this was their final tour with the original lineup.
