Reunion tours are the best, especially when we’re lucky enough to see them here in Connecticut. In 2013 we were treated to a reunion tour that not many people ever thought would happen.

About The Tour:Black Sabbath went on tour to celebrate the band’s 2012 reunion and to support of the album 13, the first studio album to feature singer Ozzy Osbourne since 1978 and bassist Geezer Butler since 1994. The tour kicked off in Birmingham, England in May 2012 and wrapped up back in England in July 2014. The show at Mohegan Sun on August 8, 2013 was the only New England appearance by Black Sabbath on this entire tour.

Ashley’s mom, Momma Gee, was on the phone this morning to candidly share her health struggles and why it is so important to heed the “stay home” requests. (21:50)

Adjutant General Fran Evon of the National Guard called in to explain how emergency field hospitals have been constructed in just five hours to help assist hospitals that are expecting an overflow of patients. (30:35)

About The Tour:AC/DC hit the road in support of Ballbreaker, the band’s first studio album since 1990’s The Razors Edge. The tour kicked off in Greensboro, NC on January 12, 1996 and concluded in New Zealand in November 1996. The show in Hartford was AC/DC’s second show on the second leg of the 1996 North American Tour. This would also be AC/DC’s only performance at The Meadows and its last ever show in Connecticut.

Joe, a Seafood Market owner in Enfield (Cold Harbor) has been dealing with frustrated customers, who don’t want their hands sanitized before entering the market. Joe was on the phone to explain that he’s protecting himself, his employees, and other customers with that practice (13:58)

AJ brings some much-needed comedy to the morning during Dumb Ass News, thinking about the King of Thailand in a private hotel with his harem. (22:43)

Dr. Cass Ingram comes on to talk about past pandemics, like the influenza outbreak of 1918, and how certain factory workers grinding cinnamon each day, were never sick. (27:52)

Governor Lamont was asked at a press conference yesterday about his appearance on Chaz and AJ, and the question included a dig at the station’s playlist. (35:39)

Dr. Choi is the point person at Yale for the Coronavirus task force, and joined Chaz and AJ to talk about the next steps at successfully combating the disease. (38:34)

Donut Crazy are Open For Business! Jason the owner was on with Chaz and AJ to talk about their three locations remaining open, donating to hospitals, and taking care of the local first responders who frequent their locations. (49:53)
