Stamford Firefighter Chad Titus was on to talk about his trip to the White House, to receive the Medal of Valor. Chad and two other firefighters, John Colandro and Michael Rosero, rescued people from a truck that fell through the ice in 2021. (0:00)

Dennis Mannion talked about his time in Vietnam, including participation in one of the bloodiest battles of that war. Dennis was candid about the reception he and other veterans were treated to upon returning from war, and how the community can help make sure veterans are remembered for their sacrifices at some upcoming events.
