Dan became a huge fan of Meely’s and thought she would make a great guest, so she called in this morning to talk about her new channel, that was 8 years in the making. (5:30)

Katie Leonard is a divorce lawyer who went viral on TikTok, for revealing the occupations you should look out for in a spouse. They are different for men and women, and the Tribe called in their experiences with chefs, pilots and nurses. (19:40)

Dumb Ass News – Crystal Ball was on to explain why her Florida home is for sale – with a person inside. Her ex-husband is part of the deal, and Crystal made an excellent pitch for why it’s worth the $699,000 selling price. (0:00)

Jimmy Rap was on with more audio, this time from the grocery store in East Haven. The “grocery grannies” all had very strong opinions about their sauce preferences, and tips and tricks on how to make your trips to the store easier and faster…for them. (9:42)

AJ took some 1980’s trivia questions, and for every wrong answer he had to put an ice cube in his pants. His biggest mistake was not bringing a backup pair of underwear to work today. (30:51)

99.1 PLR Perfect Album: Boston ‘Boston’

There are very few albums where every song on it has become a recognizable hit, especially a debut album! This is true for Boston’s first LP behind the genius of Tom Scholz, an MIT graduate with a Master’s degree from that esteemed university. When first signed to a record label (Epic) they wanted him to record in L.A. with their record producer, instead Tom decided that he would do the project in his basement studio in Watertown, Mass. where it eventually became Scholz Research & Development, Inc. This is where he developed electronic inventions he used on this album. Long story short, this album has been referred to as a landmark record of the 1970s and has sold over 25 million copies worldwide!

PODCAST – Thursday, April 28: Wedding Nightmare Stories; Connecticut Concert Announcements; Identifying A Song Just From The Lyrics

The Tribe called in their wedding nightmare stories, since both Phil and Ashley are getting married this year. Chaz and AJ noticed Ashley has a meltdown over any minor inconvenience, so they tried to put things into perspective for her. (0:00)

Maria is the mother of 6-year-old Dominick, who is currently recovering from second and third degree burns after a neighborhood bullying incident. Maria alleges her son was lit on fire on purpose, and admitted that despite Dominick’s strong will and positive outlook, the family needs a lot of help. (12:28)

Live Nation’s Jimmy Koplik was to talk about some more shows going on sale in Connecticut this week. Somehow, Chaz and AJ seemed to have missed the information on a few of these announcements, so they made a live call to the person responsible during the segment. (27:17)

Tribe favorite Rob Ray was in for another round of music trivia, but this time there was a twist. Can he name the song from the lyrics, without any music to help him? (41:23)
